The British Science Association is pleased to announce Konnie Huq as an Ambassador for this year’s British Science Week.
Konnie will be supporting various activities during the Week including the Smashing Stereotypes campaign and the Finals of the Youth Industrial Strategy Competition, where she is one of the VIP judges.
She will also be one of the guest judges for the British Science Week poster competition.
The longest serving female Blue Peter presenter, from 1997 to 2008, Konnie Huq is no stranger to children’s entertainment. Now a bestselling author, Konnie’s debut children’s fiction series Cookie is inspired by Konnie’s own love of science.
